Terms of Service
These terms describe use of the OrderBuyer website and cattle inventory software provided by Agrinux Solutions, LLC ("Agrinux").

Accounts and organization access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use OrderBuyer only on behalf of organizations you are authorized to represent. Organization administrators manage member access and roles. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without authorization.
Operational records and decisions
OrderBuyer helps teams record buyers, vendors, customers, cattle lots, purchases, sales, transfers, and related documents. Your organization is responsible for the accuracy and legality of information it enters, for reviewing inventory and financial results, and for its own purchasing, sales, accounting, tax, and delivery decisions. OrderBuyer does not take title to cattle or settle cattle transactions.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to submit false records, infringe others' rights, send spam, interfere with security or availability, access another organization's data, or use the platform for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when needed to protect users, data integrity, or the service.
Subscriptions and payment
Any subscription price, trial, renewal interval, included limits, and cancellation options are presented in the applicable checkout, account billing screen, or separate written agreement. Subscription payments cover use of OrderBuyer software; they are separate from cattle purchases and sales. Payment processing is handled by a payment provider.
Data and software rights
Your organization retains its rights in the records and files it submits. You authorize Agrinux to host, process, back up, and display that information as needed to provide and secure the service, support your account, and comply with applicable obligations. Agrinux and its licensors retain rights in the OrderBuyer software, design, and branding.
Availability and changes
We work to keep OrderBuyer available and accurate, but software and connected services can experience interruptions or errors. Check important operational and financial outputs against your source records. We may update features and these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be communicated through an appropriate account or service notice.
